Conditions for a return
The item must be in its original packaging, unused and unwashed. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanging your size
Yes, as long as the size you want is available — you can check availability in the shop. If it isn't, you can request a refund instead.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How the refund works
Once we have inspected the returned item, we refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost.

If you join our mailing list we keep only your email address and the date you signed up, and use it solely to tell you about new drops. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to info@crious.it.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. We never store or see your full payment details.
Shipping
To deliver your order we share the necessary information, such as your name and address, with shipping carriers.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies. To understand how it is used we count visits in an anonymous, aggregated way: pages viewed, time spent, clicks, the website you came from, device type and an approximate city derived from your IP address. Your IP address is never stored, and visitors cannot be recognised from one day to the next. Your basket is kept only in your own browser.
Data sharing
We only share your data with trusted third parties we need to run the business: payment providers (e.g. Stripe), shipping companies, and analytics and marketing platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
